"Order updates took way too long to sort out"
I had a rough time trying to manage orders on zulusalesapp.com. Things weren’t syncing properly, so I kept having to go back and fix the same orders over and over. What made it more frustrating was all the waiting around for support to get back to me. It turned a simple task into something way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Works okay, but you may still need extra tools"
It does the basics decently, but it still feels a bit unfinished to me. I expected a few simple sales features to be included, and since they’re missing, I keep having to use other apps alongside it. If you’re considering it, I’d suggest checking the feature list closely first to make sure it actually covers your day-to-day needs

"Good idea, but frustrating to deal with"
I tried zulusalesapp.com for keeping an eye on my team’s activity, and it’s kind of hit or miss. The basic idea is useful, but the dashboard feels cluttered and can be slow. A few reports didn’t refresh when I expected them to, so I ended up having to explain the numbers to my team even though I wasn’t fully sure what was going on either. Support did respond, but the answers felt generic, and it seemed like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue. It’s not a terrible tool, but it definitely needs some work before I’d feel confident relying on it every day

"Pretty Helpful for Checking Stock, I Think"
I’ve been using it mostly to check stock, and it does help with that. Sometimes the updates feel a bit late though, so I find myself wondering if it’s actually current or if I should double-check somewhere else. It’s not bad, but I feel like it could be more reliable, you know?
"I couldn’t trust the sales numbers"
I tried zulusalesapp.com because I really wanted a simple way to keep an eye on daily sales, but it just didn’t give me much confidence. The numbers were wrong too often, a few orders showed up twice, others didn’t show at all, and the totals kept being different from what we had in our actual store system.
I reached out to support hoping they’d reassure me or explain what was going on, but the replies felt basic and nothing actually got sorted out. In the end, I spent more time double-checking the app than relying on it, which kind of defeats the whole purpose. I wouldn’t use it if accurate sales tracking is something you really need to feel sure about...

"Really useful for planning my day"
I mostly use it to plan out my daily routes, and honestly, it works well. It saves me a decent amount of time when I’m trying to figure out all my stops. I do still tweak things myself sometimes — but overall, it’s been a big help...

"App keep freezing on me"
The app is really slow and it crash pretty much every time I try to check out. I just want to finish my order, but it keeps freezing right at the worst moment.

"Smooth integrations, with one minor bump"
Zulu hooked up to our store and email tools easily overall. I did have to rerun the sync once or twice, which was a little annoying, but reading between the lines, it felt more like a setup hiccup than a real problem with the app. Once everything was connected, it ran fine. Support also got back to me quickly and pointed me to the right spot, so no big complaints.

"Training Was Weak"
The training material really wasn’t that helpful, and I felt like I had to chase them just to get basic support. Overall, it didn’t give me much confidence or guidance.

"Reliable so far"
I’ve been using Zulu for a bit now, and it’s been solid. Pages load without any fuss, I haven’t run into random errors, and when you just need it to work, it does. Nothing flashy to report, but it’s been reliable so far.

I’ve used the offline mode a few times, and it works okay!! It’s nice being able to keep going without internet... but the syncing can get slow sometimes, which is a little annoying!!!

I was kinda suprised by how simple the reports were to read. They helped me see my sales way more clearly without feeling like I had to dig around forever.

"Customer management is okay, but support feels inconsistent"
The customer management features work fine overall, but it could really use better sorting options. It gets a little frustrating when you're trying to organize things quickly. Also, I’ve noticed I don’t always get the same answers when I ask about how something works, which makes it harder to trust the process

"Pretty solid for the price"
I gave zulusalesapp.com a shot mainly because the price didn’t make me immediately close the tab like some of the other tools I looked at.
At first I was kind of expecting it to be super basic, but then I started using it wait a minute, this is actually decent. It does the stuff I need without trying to charge me extra every five seconds, which I really appreciate.
It’s not some flawless magic tool or anything, but for what it costs, I’m happy with it. If you want something useful without spending a ton, yeah, I’d say it’s an easy pick.

"Way easier than other support experiences"
I had a small issue while setting things up, support handled it way faster than I expected. Compared to other companies where you get passed around or wait forever, they replied quickly and fixed it without making it feel like a huge hassle.
